Efficiency Assessment of Combinations Between Rhizobium leguminosarum and Trichoderma spp. for Controlling of Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Damping-off Disease

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is subjected to attack by certain soil-borne phylogenetic of fungus-like eukaryotic microorganisms such as Pythium debaryanum and fungi Rhizoctonia solani Fusarium which cause damping-off diseases. Isolation associated P. three species Trichoderma was carried out from soil rhizosphere pea plants. Antagonistic effect Rhizobium leguminosarum combined with lignorum, T. longibrachiatum koningii against pathogenic investigated in vitro vivo under greenhouse conditions. The combinations between the tested sp. other spp. on disease incidence caused evaluated when used seed treatments. Disease assessments, nitrogen fixation yield parameters after 50 90 days sowing comparison un-treated fungicide treatments were recorded. Mycoparasitic activity each studied using scanning electron microscope. Results showed that more effective controlling than overall experiments. Combination R. gave best results reducing percentage post-emergence (13.33 6.67%) root rot (14.72 9.58%) solani, respectively. Survived plants, also increased. Treatment infection F. percentages (6.67%) (13.06%) increment survived parameters. In conclusion, application one alone disease.
